During Joe's first years as District 13 Tribal Councilor, the Covid pandemic created a need for the communities he served, over and beyond regular needs. Joe's goals for the next term are bringing an urgent care clinic to North Tulsa, adding a government building in Owasso, and opening a childcare center in Catoosa.
